    Richard Harris is the founder and managing partner of Richard Harris Law Firm. A resident of Las Vegas for more than 40 years, Rick graduated from Las Vegas Western High School before earning a degree cum laude in communications from Brigham Young University. He attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, on an academic scholarship, where he was a Best Oral Advocate finalist and member of the Moot Court Honors Board. A strong academic record and high class ranking led Rick to be selected as a law clerk intern to the chief justice of the Nevada Supreme Court.

  • Benjamin Cloward

    Benjamin Cloward attended the University of Utah and graduated in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in finance. He began law school at the University of Tulsa, College of Law. After excelling in his first year, Ben transferred to S.J. Quinney College of Law, University of Utah, where he graduated in 2008. While in law school, Ben received the Outstanding Achievement Award for Teaching Law in High School, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Property, and was on the Dean's List. He also served as the president of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and as a judicial intern for the then State Court Presiding Judge, Gregory K. Frizzell, who is now a judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.

    Brock K. Ohlson received his Bachelor of Science degree at Brigham Young University and studied law at Whittier Law School. His attention and dedication to his studies allowed him the opportunity to pass three bar exams within a short five-year span. Brock is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Nevada, and California. At Richard Harris Law Firm, he focuses mainly on personal injury and criminal defense law.

    Jonathan Hicks joined Richard Harris Law Firm in 2009. He is a third generation Nevadan and graduate of Western High School. Jonathan served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Bilbao, Spain, and speaks Spanish fluently. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biology, with minors in both chemistry and Spanish.
